Miriam Sake

As Senior Vice President People & Organization ASEAN, Miriam Sake is responsible for all HR topics in the region. Together with her team, she develops and drives a people strategy that supports the targets and opportunities of the business. The strategy focuses on a balanced people strategy around win (attract right talents), bond (retain the people we need) and grow (increase employability of people).

Before assuming this current role, Miriam was based in Siemens headquarters in Munich, where she developed the #NextWork methodology which helps Siemens and other companies to proactively shape the digital enablement of their workforce in times of structural change. She had also held various positions in Human Resources at Siemens in Germany and abroad (US).

Miriam studied at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, and completed her EMBA with honors at ESMT Berlin.
