Nathalie Huynh is the Cluster HR Director for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei at Schneider Electric. She brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources. Prior to her current role in Schneider Electric, Nathalie led, coordinated and strategised the HR needs for one of the leading airlines in Europe. She also has extensive experience in providing consultancy and recruitment services for multinational companies based in China.
She joined Schneider Electric in 2010, and moved up the ranks over the years to become the HR Director for Global Supply Chain Industrial Strategy, Logistics and Planning in 2015. In that role, she implemented dynamic solutions to the HR needs across Schneider Electric including in Smart Supply Chain & Supply Chain digital transformation, Global Logistics & Transport transformation, and End-to-End Supply Chain Planning.
In her current role, Nathalie oversees and coordinates the HR plans and policies of Schneider Electric in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. This includes collaborating closely with senior leadership to understand the organisation’s HR goals and strategies, leading training initiatives, supporting the organisation’s human resource compliance needs as well as putting in place best practices for hiring and talent management. Her mission is to ensure Schneider Electric upholds it’s ‘Great Place to Work’ 2020 recognition and continues to maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment that celebrates its employees and achievements.
