Michelle Rubio, is the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer and the CSR and Sustainability Head of the UnionBank. Michelle leads the people agenda of UnionBank’s digital transformation focusing on culture, capability building, the employee experience and the design and implementation of an operating model that is agile. Prior to a career in banking, Michelle worked as an engineer, in quality assurance and management consulting.

Michelle is an Industrial Management Engineering graduate of De La Salle University, Manila and the 2018 Silver CHRO of the Year awardee at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers held in New York

Elisa Mallis has over 20 years of experience as a business leader with a focus on transformational change, human capital strategy and sales and marketing. She has spent 12 of those years based in Asia (Beijing, Sydney and Singapore). Elisa joined CCL in 2019 as the Managing Director and Vice President, Asia-Pacific. In her role she leads CCL’s efforts in SE Asia, India, North Asia and Australia to accelerate the leadership development and results of clients throughout the region, from multi-national corporations and government agencies to domestic organizations, while also contributing significantly to CCL’s global research agenda.
