With the Covid-19 pandemic sweeping across the globe, the majority of the world is currently locked down. However, we are not working from home. We are at home, working in the midst of a pandemic. Covid-19 is also shifting us toward an isolation economy, precipitating a new normal in our way of working that will likely remain even after a vaccine is finally found.

At the same time, employees are experiencing home working and the pandemic differently given their diverse backgrounds and demographics, leading to a new range of support needed to help them remain engaged and productive.

We’ll explore how to transform our culture by building new inclusive behaviours and capabilities to better engage with diverse groups of employees. We will also demonstrate how inclusive design thinking and accessible technology such as built-in accessibility functions, workplace analytics, PowerApps can help improve productivity.
